Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 25, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions to Octopush Premium are cancelled and refunded. Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
1. Free tier
Octopush has a free tier that runs locally with your own provider keys. You can evaluate the core product without any payment before deciding to subscribe.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account or billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge by emailing johnatan.v.giraldo@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Dodo Payments. Renewal charges may be refunded at our discretion and as required by applicable consumer law.
4. How to request
Email johnatan.v.giraldo@gmail.com from the address on your account, including the order or receipt reference from your Dodo Payments confirmation. We aim to respond within a few business days.
